User responsibility and intellectual property

You are responsible for how you use information from the portal. Portal design, original text and other protected material belong to their respective owners and must not be misused, copied or presented as your own.

Future user-submitted areas

If classified listings, jobs, business or service listings, events, user accounts or paid promotion are enabled, users must provide lawful and accurate content. Prohibited or unsafe content may be rejected or removed. OONOW may use automated moderation and manual review.

Payment does not guarantee publication and does not bypass safety checks. Listings may be suspended or removed for policy or legal reasons, and users may be required to provide information needed for fraud or safety checks.

Safety and moderation

OONOW may reject, restrict, quarantine or remove content that reasonably appears to involve exploitation or abuse of minors, sexual content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, threats or violence, illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, stolen goods, prohibited weapons, harmful or unlawful activity, or attempts to evade moderation.

Automated risk screening may assist with human review where appropriate, but automated moderation is not infallible. Users may report safety concerns through [email protected].
